Ano novo, Ano Velho - New Year, Old Year

Estamos no inicio de um novo ano e pela lei do calendário com o qual vivemos, Janeiro é o mês
de olhar para trás, é o mês de fazer novos projectos, de pensar no que passou melhorando
o que há-de vir.

Mas este ano não nos sentimos assim, sentimos que a mudança do ano foi para nós em Outubro
quando o projecto passou a ser diferente, houve mudanças na equipa, houve mudanças no projecto
e dessas mudanças saíram tantas coisas boas que não queremos que seja o fim desse mesmo ano.
Essa foi a altura em que fizemos balanços, remámos contra as marés e de novo a bordo de um
barco quisemos destinos diferentes aos anteriores mas iguais aos do coração.

E este é o nosso adeus a 2012 que sabemos que foi e ainda está a ser um dos anos de mais
decisões, mudanças e escolhas de caminhos que só podem ser os certos pois são trilhados
De Alma e Coração!

We're in the beginning of a new year and by 'calendar law', January is the month that we look back,
that we plan new projects, think about what we went through to improve what will come.

But this year we don't feel that way. We feel that our year turned in October, because this project
became different in some ways. There were changes in the team, in the project itself, and so many
good things came out from those changes that we don't want that year to end.

That was the time when we made an annual balance, we rowed against the currents, and back
on board we wanted different destinations from the previous ones but the same as the ones
dictated by the heart!
And this is our farewell to 2012 that we know that was and still is a year of more decisions, changes
and choosing the paths that can only be the right ones because they are taken with
"The Heart and Soul"!
