Quando nos sentamos a uma mesa temos algo para saborear, temos expectativa sobre o que vamos
deliciar mas principalmente temos a esperança do que vamos ouvir, novas conversas, novas histórias
outras viagens, outras vivências. Este Jantar e como tudo um pouco daquilo que fazemos tem como
intuito o estar à mesa... uma das coisas mais importantes e por vezes esquecidas daquilo que
é conviver com alguém.

When we sit at the table and we have something to flavour, we are in expectancy for what we are
about to regale but mostly we are hoping for what we will hear, new conversations, new stories, different
journeys, different experiences. This dinner, and a little bit of everything we do, it's made we the
purpose to join people at a table… one of the most important things and sometimes forgotten of what
it is to share your thoughts and stories with someone.
Em pequena lembro-me que o jantar era a parte do dia onde eu e a minha família nos sentávamos
a contar tudo sobre aquele dia, posso dizer que são das memórias de infância mais giras que tenho,
desde dos sorrisos marotos partilhados com a minha irmã a fazer traquinices escondidas ou disfarçadas
do olhar do meu pai, as conversas mais sérias sobre o que se passava no mundo, o novo livro
comentado pelo, a nova música ouvida pelo meu irmão e o come tudo sempre tudo da minha mãe...
sempre esteve e estará presente na mesa de um jantar.

When I was younger, i remember that dinner was a part of the day when me and my family would
gather and talk about what we did during that day, and those are one of the most beautiful memories
i have of my childhood, exchanging naughty smiles with my sister doing pranks and hiding them from
my father, the more serious conversations about how the world was doing, my father talking about
a new book, the new music that my brother was listening to and the 'eat everything' of my mother…
always have and always will be present at the dinner table.
Não só por isso e por muito mais surgiu a ideia de sentar à mesa, de fazer "O Jantar". Dois projectos
que se juntam e fazem deste dia um dia saboroso e rico em memórias ... algumas destas memórias
são as que vos deixamos por aqui como forma de registo deste que foi o primeiro "O Jantar"...
Se não vieram sentem-se à mesa connosco se vieram Obrigada e para TODOS até à próxima...

Not only for that but for other reasons, came the idea to make 'O Jantar'. Two projects got together
to make this day a very tasty one and rich in memories… Some of those memories are the ones that
we leave you here, at what was the first 'O Jantar'… If you didn't make it, join us at the table, and
