Returning from the Algarve, just a couple of pictures of how it went down there…. It was three days of party, joy, happiness, cinema, music, love and lots of dancing under the stars!
Temos muito a dizer por tudo o que se passou.. por incrível que pareça este foi o primeiro casamento
que tivemos (sim é verdade) onde se aproveitou o bom tempo que temos... com uma pista por baixo
do céu, sem tendas e nada destas coisas, com cinema ao ar livre, com pessoas muito simpáticas que
nos alegram a alma, com tempo para festejar e conversar e com uns noivos que nos viram sempre
como fazendo parte da festa. Isto pode não parecer importante... e quem somos nós... mas a realidade
é que faz toda a diferença.

We have a lot to say about it… believe it or not this was our first wedding (yes its true), where
we took advantage of the good weather we usually have… with a dancing floor outside, no tents,
with Backyard Cinema, nice people and one bride and groom that always saw us like a part
of their party. This may not sound important… but who are we really, but it actually makes
a huge difference.
Obrigada Tania e Paul, depois de um ano de muita conversa ja nos fica um sentimento de saudade
deste casamento mas como dissemos é sempre um até já!!!
Foi um prazer fazer parte da vossa história e torna-la também nossa de alma e coração ...
e muita dança! Viva o amorrrrrr !!!!!

Assim viajam as nossas histórias
Já há algum tempo que queríamos mostrar estas "relíquias" que desenhámos, pensámos,
repensámos e concretizámos desde do primeiro dia que tivemos que embalar uma história...

We've been wanting to show this 'relics' for quite some time. We draw them, thought about them,
thought some more and a accomplished them since the first day we had to make a package for delivery.
Queríamos algo que fosse um pouco ao encontro da nossa filosofia, uma linha orgânica, fácil
de personalizar, com carimbos, texturas... e ao mesmo tempo que fosse linda (pelo menos para nós).
Se vos contarmos a luta que foi desde do inicio... a gráfica, os testes, aquilo e acoloutro, até
conseguirmos chegar aqui não iam acreditar... ora era um tipo de cartão que partia, ora era muito mole.
Até que um dia recebemos um livro que vinha numa caixa neste tipo de cartão e pensámos... é isto,
este material tem tudo a ver connosco e se sobrevive a uma viagem sobrevive a tudo!!!

We wanted something that would meet our way of doing things, an organic line, easy to customise,
with rubber stamps on it, textures… and at the same time very beautiful (at least for us).
You wouldn't believe us if we told you… Its was a struggle right from the start… the print shop,
testing this, testing that, to finally get what we wanted… the cardboard was to soft or to stiff and
it would break. Until one day we received a book in box that was the exact material we were looking
for, its has everything to do with us, and if survived the journey thru the mail and postman,
survives anything!!!
E assim foi mais testes e testes e no dia que finalmente estavam prontas foi uma alegria, estamos
muito contentes com o resultado, cada um que preparamos com um novo carimbo, autocolante,
fotos... olhamos para ele e no final sorrimos com o orgulho de mais um pouco de nós que parte
para o seu destino.. é o inicio e ao mesmo tempo o final da história que tivemos com cada um
que conhecemos e esta não podia ser transportada com mais alma e coração!

And so we went to more testing, but the day they were ready was a joy, we were very happy with
the result. Each one we customise with a new stamp, a sticker, photos… we look at it, and in the
end we smile with pride were a little bit of us departs to its destiny… It's the beginning and at the
same time the end of the story we had with each one we met, and this could not be carried with
such Heart and Soul!

Hoje partilhamos convosco o nosso último casamento de 2012, que como já vos dissemos foi
para nós muito especial porque trabalhámos em equipa com todos nós presentes, porque era
um espaço novo onde nunca ninguém se tinha casado e só por si especial e porque os noivos
são aquilo que as imagens falam.

Today we share with you our last wedding of 2012, and like we said earlier it was very special
for us, because the whole team was there, because it was a new place where nobody got married
before and very special on it's own, and because the grooms… well, the pictures speak for themselves.
Um casamento é sempre algo que devemos fazer de alma e coração, que devemos fazer como
o idealizámos mas principalmente deve ser um dia único cheio de boas gargalhas, um bolso
de memórias e muita muita dança…
Basta aquilo que são os bons amigos, família e uma boa festa, e se esta ainda por cima for
feita num sitio especial, melhor para nós.

A wedding is suppose to be done with your heart and soul and like you imagined it, but mostly
it should be a unique day filled with laughs, pocket filled with memories and lots of lots of dancing...
You don't need anything else but what good friends are and a good party, and if it's done
in a special place it's the better for us.
Este foi o casamento que durante os preparativos vimos amigos, os noivos participaram connosco
e fizeram deste casamento um casamento que só poderia ser o deles... e isso é que é importante,
desde o amigo que os "casou", da sua filha cadela que levou as alianças, das rifas como lembranças
e das latinhas que serviram de centros de mesa, uma colecção do pai do André.. poderia ter mais
significado?

During the preparations of this wedding we saw friends, the grooms also participated and that
made the wedding that could only be theirs… and that is the most important thing, from the friend
who 'married' them, their dog that carried the wedding rings, the cans from Andrés father private
collection, to the raffles used as souvenirs… could it be more meaningful?
Poderíamos escrever muito, muito mais sobre este dia, mas vamos guarda-lo na memória
para sempre, sentimos-nos como convidados e sentimos que fizemos parte desta história.

We could keep on writing things about this wedding but were going to keep it in our memory for ever.
We felt as guests and part of the story.
De resto para quem nos vê e nos lê, concluimos que o casamento é isto, reunir as pessoas
que mais gostamos e rir até de manhã num local que nos diz algo, cheio De Alma e Coração!!!

All in all, for those who follow us, we conclude that this is the wedding. Gather the ones you
care about in a place that speaks to you, filled with The Heart and The Soul!!!
